Susan Johnson of Susan's Healthy Gourmet will be my featured guest today on the Critical Mass: The Radio Show at 4pm.

I will be discussing her move to California in 1994 and her decision to start a family business with her husband. I will also explore how a family history of cancer and heart disease made Susan very aware of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. She decided to fill a niche of offering prepared healthy meals for the home and opened her headquarters in Irvine, CA.

I will ask Susan to share how this original business has eveolved into three (3) businessess all focused on healthy, great tasting foods.
