Mumbai “Sam Circle Venture has picked up equity stake in ProjectWell a development management firm focused on services and products for building industry. In a press release Sam Circle Venture's Managing Principle Amber Malhotra said, “ ProjectWell is the only Indian company which focused approach on management of building process along with development of new building technologies to reduce the turnaround time. Project Well is working towards moving various project management processes to a more controlled environment both on services and product front. Project Well will be Sam Circle Venture operating partner to develop the building technologies platform in India. Sam Circle Venture will leverage its network partners to the platform.” In the press release , Malhotra also said, “ To begin with, Kieran Timberlake the award winning design firm from Philadelphia, which is developing the prototype for industrialized modular homes for Indian market, will now work in close association with ProjectWell.
