At its meeting held February 17, 2009, American National Bankshares Inc. (Nasdaq: AMNB), parent company of American National Bank and Trust Company, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable March 20, 2009, to shareholders of record on March 6, 2009.
