Fr. Robert Barron Teaches Tenets of Faith on Catholic Television During Lent Fr. Robert Barron, founder of WordOnFire.org shares his insights about the seven Cardinal Sins and their counterparts, the Cardinal and Theological virtues, as well as the Eucharist and blessing in the lives of believers. These programs will air on Catholic television stations around the United States. WHO: Fr. Robert Barron, founder of WordOnFire.org and the Francis Cardinal George Chair of Faith and Culture at The University of St. Mary of the Lake/Mundelein Seminary in Mundelein, Illinois WHAT: Catechetical Programs: Seven Deadly Sins, Seven Lively Virtue: Fr. Barron discusses the Seven Deadly Sins—those great spiritual blocks that inhibit our flourishing in relationship to God and to one another. He also presents the Seven Lively Virtues that offer healing to our sin-sick souls and set us on the right path to salvation. Eucharist: Fr. Barron explains why the Eucharist is not a luxury, but a necessity. Without It, Barron explains, “we would, in a spiritual sense, starve to death.” Untold Blessing: Three Paths to Holiness: Fr. Barron paints a beautiful and mysterious image of what it takes to be a follower of “The One who is, Jesus Christ.” The greatest calling for all of us is to be a saint. Our ultimate path to holiness is full of untold blessings. Conversion: Following the Call of Christ: “Follow Me,” Christ says to Matthew. He is also calling each one of us into a deeper relationship with Him. They were people just like you and they were called to become better than they were before. “Jesus Christ calls us in thousands of different ways to follow Him as we strive on the path for Spiritual Excellence.” Now we must act if we are to be converted to Christ Catholic TV (http://www.catholictv.com/Home.aspx) Week of March 1: Untold Blessings: Three Paths to Holiness (Knowing You are a Sinner, Part 1) Premieres: Monday at 11:00pm ET Repeat: Tuesday at 9:00am ET Wednesday at 11:30am ET Thursday at 6:00pm ET Saturday at 1:30pm ET Week of March 8: Untold Blessings: Three Paths to Holiness (Finding the Center, Part 2) Premieres: Monday at 11:00pm ET Repeat: Tuesday at 9:00am ET Wednesday at 11:30am ET Thursday at 6:00pm ET Saturday at 1:30pm ET Week of March 15: Untold Blessings: Three Paths to Holiness (Your Life is Not About You, Part 1) Premieres: Monday at 11:00pm ET Repeat: Tuesday at 9:00am ET Wednesday at 11:30am ET Thursday at 6:00pm ET Saturday at 1:30pm ET Week of March 22: Untold Blessings: Three Paths to Holiness (Your Life is Not About You, Part 2) Premieres: Monday at 11:00pm ET Repeat: Tuesday at 9:00am ET Wednesday at 11:30am ET Thursday at 6:00pm ET Saturday at 1:30pm ET Week of March 29: Conversion: Following the Call of Christ: Bartimaeus Premieres: Monday at 11:00pm ET Repeat: Tuesday at 9:00am ET Wednesday at 11:30am ET Thursday at 6:00pm ET Saturday at 1:30pm ET Telecare TV (http://www.telecaretv.org/) Week of March 1: Untold Blessing: Three Paths to Holiness (Knowing You are a Sinner, Part Two) Premieres: Thursday at 8:30pm ET Repeats: Friday at 5:00pm ET Sunday at 12:30pm ET Tuesday at 10:00am ET Week of March 8: Untold Blessing: Three Paths to Holiness (Finding the Center, Part One) Premieres: Thursday at 8:30pm ET Repeats: Friday at 5:00pm ET Sunday at 12:30pm ET Tuesday at 10:00am ET Week of March 15: Untold Blessing: Three Paths to Holiness (Finding the Center, Part Two) Premieres: Thursday at 8:30pm ET Repeats: Friday at 5:00pm ET Sunday at 12:30pm ET Tuesday at 10:00am ET Week of March 22: Untold Blessings: Three Paths to Holiness (Your Life is Not About You, Part One) Premieres: Thursday at 8:30pm ET Repeats: Friday at 5:00pm ET Sunday at 12:30pm ET Tuesday at 10:00am ET Week of March 29: Untold Blessings: Three Paths to Holiness (Your Life is Not About You, Part Two) Premieres: Thursday at 8:30pm ET Repeats: Friday at 5:00pm ET Sunday at 12:30pm ET Tuesday at 10:00am ET Gospa TV (Diocese of Brownsville, TX; Channel 38.3 (High-Definition TV)) Week of March 1: Seven Deadly Sins/Seven Lively Virtues (Pride) Premieres: Wednesday at 7:00pm CT Repeats: Saturday at 7:00pm CT Week of March 8: Seven Deadly Sins/Seven Lively Virtues (Envy & Anger) Premieres: Wednesday at 7:00pm CT Repeats: Saturday at 7:00pm CT Week of March 15: Seven Deadly Sins/Seven Lively Virtues (Sloth & Avarice) Premieres: Wednesday at 7:00pm CT Repeats: Saturday at 7:00pm CT Week of March 22: Seven Deadly Sins/Seven Lively Virtues (Gluttony & Lust) Premieres: Wednesday at 7:00pm CT Repeats: Saturday at 7:00pm CT Week of March 29: Eucharist (Sacred Meal) Premieres: Wednesday at 7:00pm CT Repeats: Saturday at 7:00pm CT TV Faith Channel (Archdiocese of Louisville, KY) (http://www.archlou.org/therecord/tvlistings) Week of March 7: Untold Blessings: Three Paths to Holiness (Knowing You are a Sinner, Part 1) Premieres: Sunday at 7:00pm ET Repeat: Thursday at 7:00pm ET Week of March 14: Untold Blessings: Three Paths to Holiness (Finding the Center, Part 2) Premieres: Sunday at 7:00pm ET Repeat: Thursday at 7:00pm ET Week of March 21: Untold Blessings: Three Paths to Holiness (Your Life is Not About You, Part 1) Premieres: Sunday at 7:00pm ET Repeat: Thursday at 7:00pm ET INFO: Fr.
