There’s a real hunger out there and this event gives people the tools they need to put God’s plan for their lives into practice at a practical level.” This year the conference will focus on real life applications from scripture for people’s family, work and prayer lives. The 2010 conference will begin with Mass, followed by a keynote by His Excellency, Archbishop Charles Chaput on Friday morning, July 16. Throughout the weekend, attendees will be able to participate in over thirty brand-new talks that offer opportunities to encounter Scripture in an informative and transformative sense. “These talks are designed to inspire participants to put God’s word into practice,” said Cavins. Sponsored by Ascension Press, the Augustine Institute and the Denver Catholic Biblical School, the National Catholic Bible Conference looks to bring people from all over the United Stated and Canada together to glean both knowledge and encouragement from such gifted Catholic speakers as: Jeff Cavins, Dr. Tim Gray, Dr. Edward Sri, Curtis and Michaelann Martin, Thomas Smith, and more. Registrations are currently being taken, with a discounted rate available for those who register by May 1, 2010. Information on the conference and how to register can be found on www.catholicbibleconference.com. For interviews with Jeff Cavins or Dr. Tim Gray, contact Christine Schicker of The Maximus Group at 404-610-8817, or cschicker@maximusmg.com. ### The Maximus Group
