EVANSTON, ILLINOIS, February 11, 2015 - iDentity Orthodontics has signed on with the Illinois State Aid Program in order to provide orthodontic care for low-income families with children under the age of 25 that qualify for the braces medical card.

By participating in the All Kids program, Dr. Stosich has made it possible for children in Evanston and the surrounding communities to be able to get the kind of orthodontic care they would otherwise have to do without.

The All Kids program is based on your income, and out-of-pocket costs can range from no money out of pocket to a small monthly fee or co-pay during each visit with your orthodontist. You can apply online with The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) or you can ask Dr. Stosich about the program. He can help to guide you in the right direction that will determine whether your family might be good candidates to receive the type orthodontic care that best caters to your needs.

The All Kids braces card applies to all types of orthodontic treatment when you use the medical card for braces, and this includes traditional braces to Invisalign, and treatment involving mild to severe overbites and underbites. The state-funded braces program is also available to those who are already participating in other state-aid medical programs.

Dr. Stosich believes that everyone deserves to have a beautiful smile. He also believes that a beautiful smile affords you a healthier and more confident lifestyle. His orthodontic practice in Evanston allows him to reach out and help everyone in need of his services and he is pleased to be a part of the pubic aid orthodontics program in order to provide greater assistance where it is needed.

Once your application for the Medicaid braces program has been approved, your child will be able to begin his or her orthodontic treatments. Dr. Stosich will sit down with you and your child, and provide you step-by-step information about what you and your child can expect throughout the process. A comprehensive assessment will be made for your child?s case from taking X-rays, giving a thorough examination, inquiring about your child?s overall health history and learning about his or her lifestyle. All of these elements will determine how Dr. Stosich will proceed with the proper treatment on an individual basis.
