Asiabizservices Offers Form a Singapore Company Services

“Investors may have to consider whether or not they want to relocate to Singapore or stay offshore,” says one of Asiabiz’s business consultants.
“If they want relocation, they may need to apply either an Entrepreneur pass or Employment pass,” adds Rikvin, “The choice of their Singapore work visas determines the type of process of establishing a company in Singapore.
Asiabiz Services has been established to assist foreign companies, investors, and employees with their business and personal needs. It specializes in company incorporation services and processing of work visas among others.
“In an Entrepreneur pass, the labor pass is first sought from the Ministry of Manpower. Among the requirements are the capital investment sets at a minimum amount of S$50,000, and a 10-page business proposal,” Asiabiz continues.
Asiabiz has a team of accountants adept at drafting of business proposals. These individuals can help businessmen in preparing the required documents.
“The Entrepreneur pass is exclusive to foreign investors who have not completed a tertiary level of education. Its holder is not permitted to seek employment in another company except the one from which he holds shares,” clarifies Asiabiz.
After the Entrepreneur pass is released, the company is registered with ACRA. Meanwhile, if the labor pass sought is Employment pass, the company is first incorporated as only registered companies can apply for work visas except the Entrepreneur pass.
“There are three individuals to form a company, specifically, a private limited company,” Asiabiz continues to elucidate, “These are the resident director, shareholder, and company secretary.”
According to Companies Act, the resident director ought to be of local residence, which means that the individual appointed may either be a citizen or a permanent resident.
“Because of 100% foreign-company ownership and management, any foreign nationals such as the investors can also be appointed as the resident director,” chimes Asiabiz.
Thus, to proceed with the incorporation procedure, Asiabiz shall engage its nominee director service for compliance with statutory requirements. Asiabiz also offers a nominee shareholder service and company secretaryship owing to its memberships with SAICSA and ICSA.
Upon completion of incorporation, Asiabiz Services shall process the Employment pass and thereafter, transfer the directorship.
In a non-relocation package, the nominee director service is engaged on a long-term basis. The investor shall stay offshore and run the company from there or he can appoint a trusted individual to be appointed as the resident director.
The services of Asiabiz go beyond the incorporation.
