Underwriters Laboratories (UL) is notifying consumers that Fluorescent Portable Lamps, manufactured by Guangzhou Glorious Lighting Ltd, Model Number 15844-001, may pose a shock and/or fire hazard.

Name of Product: Fluorescent Portable Lamp, Model Number 15844-001.

Number of Units: Unknown

Manufacturer: Guangzhou Glorious Lighting Ltd, Hong Kong.

Date of Manufacture: 2007

Hazard: The product may overheat around the lamp holder. This may cause the surrounding plastic material to soften and deform, possibly ignite, and expose live electrical parts to the consumer.

Identification: On the product: The product base has a holographic label containing the UL and c-UL Listing Mark with the following information:
